| Other: | If we are not in a position to fulfil the contract due to any reason beyond our control whatsoever, we are allowed to cancel the booking if need be, without any right of compensation.
Please inform us of any damages or grievances within 48 hours on arrival in order to organize remedy of defects as soon as possible.
We do not assume any liability in case of theft, damages and accidents which might affect persons or objects of the property. This contract is binding for the lessee. The lessor reserves his right to withdraw from the contract until receipt of the deposit. |
