From the ‘Naya’ you open a door and ascend the roof terrace on a winding staircase outside the house, situated straight above the semicircular vitrified naya.

The climb is worthwhile, particularly on a clear day.
From here you have a beautiful view over many stone pines to the deep blue Mediterranean See as far as Ibiza.

Downstairs again, another door leads from this vitrified terrace room outside to the second external open terrace – also offering particular protection from wind, weather and view, due to its position in the 90° corner of the vitrified terrace room and one bedroom. This terrace is spacious enough to arrange several (deck) chairs and is especially recommendable for your sun bath in spring, autumn and winter.

From here, a few steps lead downstairs to the swimming pool (with a size of approx. 4 x 7 meter and a shower aside).

The swimming pool borders on another large uncovered garden terrace, ending up in a roofed stone wall corner and offering you the opportunity to retreat from the midday heat into the shadow without leaving the pool area, to sit and read a book or have a cold drink or a barbecue with the family and friends …

During the cooler season you benefit from the central heating (gas). In addition, there’s a separate gas oven in the vitrified terrace room and a fireplace in the sitting room.

All windows have shutters and are additionally lockable by wrought-iron grilles, just as well as the entrance doors.
