Arrival tips

Our leisure residence is located in E – 03738 Balcon al Mar, close to Jávea, at a distance of only 300m from the cliff line and the lighthouse of Cabo de la Nao (see also: » map).
The distance between Jávea and Balcon al Mar is about 6 km.

Jávea can be reached via national road N-332 and is located midway between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (approx. one hour of travel resp. 100 km away). Both airports are linked very well to the Spanish motorway network (Motorway AP7 / E15 (exit 63 – Benissa or exit 62 - Ondara). The flight London (LGW Gatwick, LHR Heathrow, STN Standsted) with e.g. Easyjet, Ryanair, Spanair, BritishAirways, AirBerlin, Iberia… – to Alicante lasts about 2 to 3.5 hours.

We recommend to hire a car or to drive with your own car (motorway throughout France and Spain until 20 km off Jávea – subject to toll which can be paid by credit card, too). Distance should be about 1.800 – 2.000 km and lasts about 2 days.
We recommend stopover and overnight stay in the South of France.
